1. Visit www.ogbonge.i.ng.

2. Click Login / Register and sign in to your Affiliate Account.

3. Navigate to Affiliate Dashboard from your account menu.

Your dashboard is your central hub for tracking everything related to your affiliate activities.

🔹 2. Overview Section

Once inside the dashboard, the Overview section provides a quick snapshot of your performance:

• Total Clicks: The number of times people clicked your affiliate links.

• Total Conversions / Sales: How many sales were made through your links.

• Pending Commissions: Commissions that are awaiting confirmation (orders not yet completed or within the return period).

• Confirmed Commissions: Earnings from completed sales that are ready for withdrawal.

• Total Earnings: Sum of confirmed and pending commissions.

💡 Tip: Check this overview daily to see trends and adjust your promotions accordingly.

🔹 3. Links / Campaigns Section

This section allows you to track individual affiliate links:

• See which products or campaigns generate the most clicks.

• Track conversion rates for each link (clicks → actual sales).

• Compare performance of multiple campaigns to focus on high-performing products.

Conversions: 20
Commission Earned: ₦6,000

🔹 4. Reports Section

The Reports section provides detailed analytics:

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Performance: Track trends over time.

• Top-Performing Products: Identify which products are generating the most sales.

• Traffic Sources: See whether clicks come from social media, blogs, or other channels.

• Commission Breakdown: Understand which transactions are pending, confirmed, or paid.

🔹 5. Understanding Pending vs Confirmed Commissions

• Pending Commissions:

  • Sales that have been made but are still within the return or dispute period.

  • Not yet eligible for withdrawal.

• Confirmed Commissions:

  • Sales that are completed, with no pending returns or disputes.

  • Eligible for withdrawal to your bank account or Ogbonge Wallet.

💡 Important: Always wait for commissions to be confirmed before counting them as available income.

• Email Notifications: Alerts for every confirmed sale or payout.

• Dashboard Alerts: Real-time notifications when new clicks or conversions occur.

• Performance Summaries: Weekly or monthly summaries sent to your registered email.

📧 Tip: Enable notifications to stay on top of your affiliate activity and spot trends early.

🔹 7. Optimizing Your Affiliate Performance

• Focus on High-Converting Products: Promote items that consistently generate sales.

• Use Multiple Channels: Share links on social media, WhatsApp, blogs, and email.

• Monitor Traffic Sources: Identify which platforms drive the most clicks.

• Test Different Promotions: Experiment with images, captions, or video content to see what resonates best.

🔹 8. Withdrawing Your Earnings

Once commissions are confirmed, you can withdraw funds:

1. Go to Affiliate Dashboard → Wallet → Withdraw.

2. Enter your bank account details (if not saved).

3. Request withdrawal for the available balance.

4. Funds will typically reach your account within 3–5 business days.
