To place an order, browse products, click “Add to Cart”, then “Proceed to Checkout.” Fill in your delivery details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order.
Yes. Ogbonge.i.ng allows multi-vendor checkout. You can add products from different sellers to your cart and pay for all at once. Each vendor will handle their own shipping.
After successful payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation email and can view order status on your Dashboard → Orders page.
You can cancel an order before it’s marked as Processed or Shipped. Go to My Orders → Cancel Order. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible.
Ogbonge.i.ng accepts debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and wallet payments (where applicable). Payment gateways are secure and verified.
Visit the vendor’s Store Page and click “Contact Vendor” to send a direct message or inquiry about the product.
Click Sign Up, choose whether you’re a Customer, Vendor, or Affiliate, fill in your details, and verify your email.
Yes. You can use one account to buy and also activate the Vendor Dashboard to sell products.
Go to your Dashboard → Become a Vendor, choose a vendor package, complete payment, and your store will be activated instantly.
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or not as described. The item must be unused and in original packaging.
Log in, go to My Orders → Request Return, select the product, state your reason, and upload evidence (if required). The vendor will review the request.
If the product is faulty or not as described, the seller covers the return shipping. Otherwise, the buyer may bear the cost.
Delivery time varies depending on the vendor and location but typically takes 2–7 working days within Nigeria.
Shipping fees depend on the vendor’s location, buyer’s location, and delivery method selected at checkout.
Yes. Go to My Orders → Track Order to see the latest shipping updates or courier tracking information.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact Support or the Vendor directly. We’ll help investigate and resolve it.
No. Creating a buyer account is free. However, vendors may need to subscribe to a vendor package to sell products.
Ogbonge.i.ng charges a small commission percentage on each sale, depending on your vendor plan. You’ll see detailed fees in your Vendor Dashboard.
