All vendors on Ogbone are required to note that the platform deducts an 8% payment processing fee from each online transaction. This fee is automatically applied to cover secure payment handling and platform operations.To ensure your profitability and avoid revenue shortfalls, we strongly recommend incorporating this 8% fee into your pricing strategy when listing items. For example:If your desired net revenue per item is ₦10,000, price it at approximately ₦10,800 (₦10,000 ÷ 800) to fully offset the fee. Failure to account for this fee may result in reduced earnings. 2.1 Vendor Eligibility
Vendors must provide valid identification and business details
Must comply with Nigerian laws and regulations
2.2 Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors agree to:

List accurate product descriptions and pricing
Deliver products as promised before revenue withdrawal
Provide quality customer service
Handle returns/refunds professionally
2.3 Prohibited Products

Vendors MUST NOT list:

Illegal goods
Counterfeit products
Harmful or restricted items
2.4 Commission & Fees
Ogbonge charges a commission on each sale
Fees will be clearly communicated on vendor dashboard
2.5 Payments
Vendors will receive payouts after successful order completion
Payment cycles may vary (e.g., weekly/bi-weekly)
2.6 Disputes
Vendors must cooperate in resolving disputes
Ogbonge reserves the right to mediate and make final decisions
2.7 Account Suspension

Vendor accounts may be suspended for:

Fraudulent activity
Poor customer experience
Violation of policies
