  1. Log in to your vendor account.

  2. Navigate to “Vendor Dashboard → Orders.”

  3. You’ll see a list of all orders placed in your store, along with their status, customer details, and order total.

Orders have different statuses to help you track their progress:

    • Pending Payment → Cancel directly.

    • Processing → Communicate with the customer before cancelling.
