Tracking the Status of Your Return or Refund

Ogbonge.i.ng makes it easy to stay informed about the progress of your return or refund request. Tracking your request helps you know when your product is received, when a refund is processed, or when a replacement is shipped.

    If you are returning a product:

    1. Use the tracking number provided when you shipped the return.

    2. You can monitor the shipment using the courier’s website.

    3. Update the tracking number in your order details on Ogbonge.i.ng to notify the vendor.

    This ensures the vendor knows when the product is on the way.

    • Once the vendor receives the returned product and approves the refund, the status will change to “Refunded.”

    • Refunds are processed through your original payment method.

    • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account.

    • If your return request is for a replacement, the vendor will ship the new product once the original item is received and inspected.

    • Status will update to “Replacement Shipped” with any tracking information.
