• Vendors: Earnings from completed orders are credited to your wallet. You can withdraw to your bank account anytime.

In selected cities or for verified vendors, Pay on Delivery (POD) is available.

All vendor earnings from sales are processed through the Ogbonge Vendor Wallet.

• When a customer completes a purchase and the order is marked as delivered, the funds are released to your wallet (minus platform commission).

• You can withdraw funds to your registered bank account at any time.

• Payouts typically reflect within 24–48 hours depending on your bank.

💡 Vendors can track all transactions in Dashboard → Earnings → Wallet History.

🔹 3. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is successful, you will:

• See an on-screen confirmation message.

• Receive an email confirmation with your Order Number.

• View your order under My Account → Orders.

If payment fails or shows “pending”:

• Wait a few minutes for your bank or gateway to confirm.

• Don’t make a second payment until you’re sure the first attempt failed.

• Contact support@ogbonge.i.ng with your Order ID and transaction reference if you suspect double billing.
